The Salmo Secondary School Ski and Snowboard Team recently travelled to Fernie to compete in the Kootenay Zones championships. Thirteen students took part in a Giant Slalom race and represented our school with some very solid times on the race track. 

Our boys snowboard team had a strong showing, finishing tied for third place. 

Overall, it was a fun and successful trip, and a great experience for everyone involved!
