On Sept 8th, the first Friday of school, Salmo Secondary School staff and students attended the annual Champion Lakes team building field trip.

One of the main goals of the day was to help integrate our new Grade 7 students into the culture of our school. With a focus on creating strong relationships and connections with staff and the older students, the Grade 7s were split into five groups and paired with older students in the school.
